The film 'Cromesqui' is based in 'The kitchen behind the kitchen' and shows the work of two cooks preparing for a busy friday night, one is a new trainee and, the other, a veteran cook in the gourmet French kitchen. Together they must prepare the most difficult dish of the restaurant and the chefs signature dish, Cromesqui de foie gras. This must be done before the beginning of service, but first they must learn to overcome their personal differences to work together as a team. or are destined to failure, leading to disgrace amoungst their work mates as well as unemployment.
